Our vast array of services is what makes us the leading Miami Catering company. With a staff of 120+ employees, we can handle events that are as intimate as 8 to grand galas of 800 or more.

The largest event was back a couple of years now: 4,800. That was a challenge, lots of work, but enjoyed every bit of it. From planning it, to executing the event, all the way to the Thank You cards, everything was just flawless.

I came up with a great Holiday office party menu as well. It includes:

A full Open Bar for 3 hours

Passed around elegant appetizers for 3 hours

2 Stations of your choice ( menu on request)

All staffing required, China, Flatware and Glassware
