The Ancient Spanish Monastery is one of the most amazing wedding venues in Miami and sorrounding areas. Over the years we have done many wedding receptions, but some of the most amazing were at the Monastery.
As far as the space, there is room for up to a 350 person reception. There is an outdoor Ceremony location that can be an optional rental space. The property lands itself as one of the busiest for receptions.

We can do catering, decor, entertainment, just about everything short of favors and invitations. Our menus can vary from a simple low key cocktail party to a full blown event, being a dinner buffet or elegant plated meal.

Often bride and groom are on a budget( paying for the reception themselves..) and we offer a cocktail menu that consists of:

As far as our equipment: we use modern china ( your choice of round or square plates), flatware and glassware.
We have capabilities to do basic lighting as well. All of our packages also include white or ivory linens and matching napkins, as well as gold or silver chargers. This alone would be a saving of approximately $10.00 per person if rented separately.
All of our events include a complementary event coordinator. The coordinator would be a “bridge” between your event and our staff, be there for you the entire event and have all of your questions answered in a timely fashion.

As far as food: all of our food is prepped at our main kitchen, transported reffrigerated to the Ancient Spanish Monastery and then cooked onsite. This will ensure the best quality food, the freshest posible meal. We never use a frozen product, we shop for the feshest product and use local resources as much as possible.

As far as our staff: our bar attendants, servers and culinary staff have been with us a minimum of 5 years. Our chefs have been trained with master chefs and have an extensive knowledge when it comes to different cusines ( french, italian, spanish, just to name a few).

As far as licensing: we carry General Liability, Caterers Liquor License, Liquor Liability, as well as Workers Comp Policy. This is very important, for your piece of mind. Verty few caterers in the Miami area carry the proper insurance and liability…we carry more than required by the State of Florida.

Brickell Bay Hall Miami, The Perfect Miami Wedding Venue

Brickell Bay Hall Weddings

Brickell Bay Hall is the ultimate wedding venue in Miami…pretty, clean, great location, as well as great value.  It is conveniently located in Miami, easy accessible.

This venue is a caterer’s dream: really easy to work out of and great facility rental staff.

Brides absolutely love the facility, I have seen so many happy brides over the years.

The main ballroom can easily accommodate 200-230 guests; there are two fully functional bars ( one should only be used for cocktail hour); the cocktail hour is not as spacious, but really clean and pretty.

There are not many wedding venues within that area to accommodate the 250 guests and be reasonably priced…very hard to come by.

    • Open bar 4 hours, unlimited beverages
    • Full hour of elegant appetizers passed around
    • First Course plated ( served, not buffet)
    • Main course: duet of filet Mignon and red snapper ( or custom to your likings..)
    • Custom Multi Tiered Wedding Cake
    • All china, flatware and glassware
    • All professional staff: bar attendants, servers, chefs and 1 complimentary event coordinator
    • Complimentary white or ivory linens and matching cloth napkin

Each and every menu is made from scratch, made with your taste and budget in mind. The above are just samples of menus and pricing that we have just recently produced.  We also hold all general liability insurance, as well as full liquor license ( not many caterers hold the right license…).
