Brickell Bay Hall Weddings

Brickell Bay Hall is the ultimate wedding venue in Miami…pretty, clean, great location, as well as great value.  It is conveniently located off of Brickell Avenue, easy accessible.

This venue is a caterer’s dream: really easy to work out of and great facility rental staff.

Brides absolutely love the Brickell Bay Hall , I have seen so many happy brides over the years.

The main ballroom can easily accommodate 200-230 guests; there are two fully functional bars ( one should only be used for cocktail hour); the cocktail hour is not as spacious, but really clean and pretty.

There are not many wedding venues within that area to accomodate the 250 guests and be reasonably priced…very hard to come by.

PACKAGE #A, based on 100+ guests attending $49.95 Per Person

• Open bar 4 hours, unlimited beverages
• Full hour of elegant appetizers passed around
• Full dinner buffet ( a large selection for client to choose from)
• Custom Multi Tiered Wedding Cake
• All china, flatware and glassware
• All professional staff: bar attendants, servers, chefs and 1 complimentary event coordinator
• Complimentary white or ivory linens and matching cloth napkin

PACKAGE # B, based on 100 guests $69.95

• Open bar 4 hours, unlimited beverages
• Full hour of elegant appetizers passed around
• First Course plated ( served, not buffet)
• Main course: duet of filet Mignon and red snapper ( or custom to your likings..)
• Custom Multi Tiered Wedding Cake
• All china, flatware and glassware
• All professional staff: bar attendants, servers, chefs and 1 complimentary event coordinator
• Complimentary white or ivory linens and matching cloth napkin

Each and every menu is made from scratch, made with your taste and budget in mind. The above are just samples of menus and pricing that we have just recently produced at the Brickell Bay Hall .  We also hold all general liability insurance, as well as full liquor license ( not many caterers hold the right license…).

Miami Wedding –The Venue

Plenty of great venues in town for that amazing Miami wedding. Whether isan outdoor venue or a garden wedding, there are quite a few venues to keep in mind.

Here is a short list of my all time favorites:

• The Viscaya–No words would do this venue any justice, it is simply amazing ( and pricey…)
• The Brickell Bay Hall –very clean, pretty and very affordable
• The Spanish Monastery–very pretty for an outdoor venue and affordable
• The Deering Estates ( top 3 venues in South florida in my opinion)
• The Shane Center–great for an indoor Miami wedding , moderate priced
• The Miami Botanical Gardens–very “different”, both indoor and outdoor facilities

The Miami wedding , Food and Beverage

If your guests are flying in for a destination Miami wedding , then I would recommend a “taste of South Florida” menu. Whether you like the “traditional” Miami wedding reception or a over the top themed wedding, we have designed quite a few over the past couple of years.

Not 2 menus, nor 2 brides will be the same, so we design each and every Miami wedding with you in mind, based on your personal taste and budget.

Miami Wedding –Free Party Planning, FREE!!!!

Over the past 20 years, we have coordinated over 1,200 weddings and counting( that is just a rough number, lol).  I personally started way back in New York and then moved to South florida about 12 years ago. I include a free party planner with any booking. I want to be your caterer and party planner, simple as that.

I would also assist with coordinating decor, entertainment, photography and video…anything related to that big day.

The "Big" day

Pricing for food and beverage usually start at right around $49.95 per person and can go as high as you wish.

It all depends on the quality and quantity of food, beverage, staff and rentals. On my Miami Weddings page, I have posted some more details, check it out.

Also, with the summer approaching very quickly, I am promoting a new Miami wedding special: I will include white or ivory linens and matching napkins at no additional cost!!! And this in addition to already great prices starting at just $49.95 Per Person.
