We are very proud to have received a very prestigious award!!! The Knot announces the best vendors each and every years. This award is based on bride’s reviews, traffic to our website…by mainly brides leaving reviews on our services.

We never ask brides to post reviews, they are all posted at their discretion and we greatly appreciated it.

To celebrate a great year, here is a great SUMMER 2013 SPECIAL!!!

Wedding Receptions, All Inclusive Starting at Only $49.95 Per Person!!!

This menu includes:

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

  •  Open Bar ( Vodka, Rum, Scotch, Gin, Wine and Beer)
  • Cocktail Hour that consists of appetizers passed around
  • Full Dinner Buffet that consists of 2 entrees, 2 sides, salad and breads/dinner rolls
  • Custom Wedding Cake, your choice of design and fillings ( all butter cream)

STAFF:

  • Servers, Bartenders and Culinary Chefs
  • 1 Complimentary Event Coordinator

EQUIPMENT:

  • All Buffet Displays with high quality chafing dishes, elegant spandex linens, all acrylic “South Beach” like risers and colored linens when needed
  • All High Quality REAL China, Flatware and Glassware. Your choice of round or square plates, upgraded flatware and the latest in glassware patterns
  • All Onsite Cooking Equipment: all equipment that is required for us to cook on site.

All of the above based on a minimum of 100 guests attending. Less guest counts will be priced a bit higher than $49.95 per person.

Brickell Bay Hall Miami, The Perfect Miami Wedding Venue

Brickell Bay Hall Weddings

Brickell Bay Hall is the ultimate wedding venue in Miami…pretty, clean, great location, as well as great value.  It is conveniently located in Miami, easy accessible.

This venue is a caterer’s dream: really easy to work out of and great facility rental staff.

Brides absolutely love the facility, I have seen so many happy brides over the years.

The main ballroom can easily accommodate 200-230 guests; there are two fully functional bars ( one should only be used for cocktail hour); the cocktail hour is not as spacious, but really clean and pretty.

There are not many wedding venues within that area to accommodate the 250 guests and be reasonably priced…very hard to come by.

Over the years, I developed a few “standard and “all inclusive” wedding packages that work really nicely at the location:

PACKAGE #A, based on 100+ guests attending $54.95 Per Person

  • Open bar 4 hours, unlimited beverages
  • Full hour of elegant appetizers passed around
  • Full dinner buffet ( a large selection for client to choose from)
  • Custom Multi Tiered Wedding Cake
  • All china, flatware and glassware
  • All professional staff: bar attendants, servers, chefs and 1 complimentary event coordinator
  • Complimentary white or ivory linens and matching cloth napkin

PACKAGE # B, based on 100 guests $69.95

    • Open bar 4 hours, unlimited beverages
    • Full hour of elegant appetizers passed around
    • First Course plated ( served, not buffet)
    • Main course: duet of filet Mignon and red snapper ( or custom to your likings..)
    • Custom Multi Tiered Wedding Cake
    • All china, flatware and glassware
    • All professional staff: bar attendants, servers, chefs and 1 complimentary event coordinator
    • Complimentary white or ivory linens and matching cloth napkin

Each and every menu is made from scratch, made with your taste and budget in mind. The above are just samples of menus and pricing that we have just recently produced.  We also hold all general liability insurance, as well as full liquor license ( not many caterers hold the right license…).
