Miami Catering

Author: Miami Catering scene has seen some major uplifts over the past couple of years. Catering is not exact science and Miami is deffinately a trendy, upbeat kind of a town.
This past week we did 3 corporate jobs in Coral Gables and everything was just plain amazing.

Pretty, right? They taste even better.
Our chefs cooked everything onsite, this to ensure freshness. Displays were amazing, staff was top notch, clients were thrilled.

Wedding Catering Miami
The Wedding Day is what most brides live for. I was talking to a bride yesterday and she was telling me how she wanted to be involved in just about evry aspect of her wedding. She did not want to hire a professional wedding planner, she wanted to handle everything herself. Her guest count: 200 or more.
Chalenging to say the least, but she is very excited and ready to do it.
She picked out the location ( Deering Estates), I have the menu ready for her ( My ALL INCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGE), she has a DJ, photography, flowers, videographer…she’s just about ready.
With a weding that size, I included a planner for the day of the wedding, no extra charge.
